Chenrezig Mk II

A funny thing happened not long after I took these fountain photos. It involved Aleifr, a nun, and quite possibly very bad karma. Or at least a bad faux pas. Ooops!

Chenrezig Mk II

A year older and still a fairy. At least her wardrobe has a little more variety.

Embouchure!!!!!!!!!!

Meri went into the playroom by herself to get something, noticed her yamaha fife and picked it up. I heard sounds, REAL sounds from where I was into the kitchen. She ran in and proclaimed "My flute was making sounds!" Then played it for me (backwards but hey...).
Just wanted to make a note of the occasion.

Chenrezig Mk II

I still struggle to believe that the lush rainforest environs are only as old as me. This was a bare hill used for grazing cattle until 35 years ago!

Activity city

Meri has been begging for "activities" everyday since we got back. Here is one of today's - sorting the pasta by colours. Then we ate it for lunch of course.

Chenrezig Mk II

Finally there and in our rooms. We had two rooms with two single beds in each so one became the wardrobe while the other slept one adult and one child in each bed. Oh & Meri wants you to know that the cafe at Chenrezig sells brownies.
